In september 11, 2001, I started my HVAC business…

Thanks for stopping… I’m Steve Stauffer, founder of Genesis Business Strategies — husband to my high school sweetheart, Becky, dad to four kids, and grandpa to four grandkids.
I stated my HVAC business on September 11, 2001 with a dream of freedom and frankly while not running away from God, not following Him like I should. Although He blessed us more than I deserved, I’ve always had this feeling that there is something more God has for me. Now, I can’t be two different people (or four as the case of some owner, husband, father, and someone else at church… that doesn’t work for me). In Dec of 2019, we sold the business where I was coaching other companies part time, I went into full-time coaching.
For years I’ve coached business owners on the practical side of running a company — better clients, stronger systems, more profit, more time back. Along the way I kept having the same conversation with Christian men in that space: while the business problem was never really just a business problem, it was how to combine our faith journey with the desires of wanting and achieving more. This cohort is Genesis Business Strategies bringing both halves of that conversation — the operational and the spiritual — into the same room.
