The Cohort – I act as the boardroom and leadership team you don’t have yet. A small group of 8-10 Christian men who own or lead mission-driven businesses between $250K and $2M in revenue, meeting monthly for 75-minute live sessions, plus call-free access to me. This is a 12-month engagement, not a short course — real traction takes longer than a few weeks. Enrollment is by application, and each group is capped at 8-10 to keep the room built for real accountability, not a big-room forum.
Call-Free Coaching — direct voice-and-text access to me, Monday through Thursday, 8:30–4. No scheduled calls, no calendar chaos. You send a message, video, voice, or text* when something comes up; I respond inside the window. This is how I stay close to more owners without spreading myself thin — and if a live call is genuinely needed, that’s available case-by-case.
