So I committed myself to learning everything I could about how healthy businesses really grow. I studied different frameworks. I started tracking the right numbers, building systems that worked, and leading my team with clarity instead of chaos.

It worked. Not overnight, but it worked. I rebuilt that company into a profitable, system-driven business — one that didn’t run on stress and guesswork anymore. One that I could sell. And that experience changed everything for me.
