This is personal: From Burnout to Breakthrough

I believe you didn't land here by accident. Somehow you were lead to click on a PDF, link, post, or whatever it was to get you here. Most likely you're feeling frustrated, overwhelmed, overworked and underpaid and stressed out. I know what it feels like to pour everything you’ve got into a business and still wonder, “Why isn’t this working?” or "What am I doing wrong?"

You see back in 2014, long before the world shut down, I nearly lost mine. Leads dried up, paid ads flopped, and referrals — the thing I’d always counted on — just stopped coming. I was working harder than ever, but it felt like I was standing still. I remember sitting there one night, staring at my computer putting some bids together, realizing something had to change. My business didn’t need more hustle — I didn't need to work harder... I needed a system. A plan that would attract the right clients, consistently, without depending on luck or long hours.

So I committed myself to learning everything I could about how healthy businesses really grow. I studied different frameworks, different ideas. I reached out to a coach, someone who had been in my boots. I started tracking the right numbers, building systems and leading my team with clarity instead of pushing with guesswork.

It worked. Not overnight, but it worked.

I rebuilt that company into a profitable, system-driven business — one that didn’t run on stress and guesswork anymore. One that I could be home for my family... One that allowed me most weekends off... One that I could sell. And that experience changed everything for me.
