To identify your Top Clients and clearly define your ideal client niche, in order to efficiently and cost effectively reach and fill your business with your best, most profitable clients.
To identify and clearly articulate a Unique Offering that specifically appeals to your Top Clients, in order to attract more of them into your business.
To create a strategy that enables your business to stand out, eliminating the competition and giving you the ability to charge a price commensurate with the value you deliver.
To refine and create the systems and processes that will enable you to grow exponentially while removing yourself from the day to day operations of your business, giving you back control of your time.
To fine tune your systems and processes for maximum efficiency and increased profitability
To conduct a deep analysis of your client base and product/service mix in order to focus on your most promising and profitable opportunities, and eliminate those that are draining your profitability and curtailing your growth.
To put a financial structure in place that will ensure your profitability.
To ensure that your employees are all deeply engaged, aligned with the company mission, and doing work that matches their skills and abilities in order to maximize their contribution to your growth and profitability

The Process:

We will work together as partners to analyze your business and develop a winning strategy that achieves your goals.
We will meet twice per month via Zoom.
We will check in at the beginning of each week via email
You will have additional access to me on an emergency basis with 24 hours notice, not to exceed one emergency call per month
You will have access to me via email and the Voxer app with reply within one business day.
You will also have access to the online Pumpkin Plan Action Guide, with downloadable worksheets and tools that will help you gain clarity and result in an action plan. This site is available exclusively to Certified Pumpkin Plan Strategists and their clients.
