FAQ:

Preferred method is using the voice memo.
However... questions can be submitted via texting.
Questions answered within 2 hours.
Questions asked at the end of the day (but before 6) will be answered by the end of the next business day.
Need more time? Options are: invest in a single day, week, or upgrade to a Month (investment in the week will be applied to a full month, if investment is within 3 weeks of the first week)
Refunds: As we are scheduling our time with you, refunds will only be given if cancelled 48 hours before the first scheduled day. No partial refunds!
