Pocket Coach or Voxer Days: If choosing one day, choose the day that best works for you.

If choosing the week or month option choose the Monday of the week you want to start.

Remember:

Hours are 8am - 6pm Eastern time zone

Even if your appointment time is say 8:30... we will be starting the clock at 8 that day. (Monday if weekly or Monthly)

Questions can be submitted via texting or I prefer the voice memo option

In all cases I will do my best to get your answer within 4 hours.

If you ask a question at the end of the day I will answer them as soon as possible, but by the next business day at the latest.

If choosing the week option, questions asked between 4p-6p Friday may be answered the next business day.

If choosing the Monthly option, Same applies as the weekly option for Fridays.
